We have been following the work of Japanese designer Hiroshi Nozawa for a long time. His collections, which are almost unavailable in Europe, clearly demonstrate his ability to design highly stylish outdoor apparel — something he has repeatedly proven through collaborations with brands such as Columbia Black Label, New Balance Japan, Snow Peak, and others.
Under his own brand, Norbit, which he founded in 1999 but only began to fully develop a few years ago, he combines premium technical materials and outdoor silhouettes with elements of traditional Japanese clothing culture. His hybrid collections are highly functional, versatile, and gender-neutral, with each piece featuring a number of small and more prominent sophisticated details that are fun to discover.
