Exchanges
Items purchased between 24 November and Christmas can be exchanged until 11 January 2026. If the desired model/size is unavailable, we offer an exchange for store credit in the original purchase value (valid for 6 months). Returns are possible only for online orders, within 14 days of purchase (not for items bought in the store).

Gift Cards
Yes, we have them! Values range from 1500 to 5000 CZK, they are valid for 6 months, and can be used both online and in the store. Order them website.
Orders Between the Holidays
